Mr Goh was an immensely talented teacher with a kind heart, especially for the least and the last. He taught us everything there was to know about the pond ecosystem at primary school level through an aquarium he taught us to set up & maintain in class. Without referring to the text book, everything and more that we needed to get ready for the exam was covered by Mr Goh through his heartfelt explanations and demonstration. I never met a science or art teacher like Mr Goh after that. ♥️

Dear Grace, Wilson & Kelvin, When I heard from Mum Lou that Uncle Billy had passed, it deeply saddened me, because I only have such good memories of an awesome man that we've always fondly called Uncle since 1983. I still remember him saying in 2005, "Walk fast, be energetic, age doesn't matter. Look at me, much older than you!" These wise words our elders leave us, are what stick in our minds and celebrate - like the way we celebrate their lives, well lived. Sincerely Robert Victoriano
